Apartment 1a: Lower ground floor patio apartment to sleep a maximum of 7 persons.  Three bedrooms, sea front lounge, kitchen / diner, shower room / toilet plus a separate toilet.  Partial central heating.  Private Patio.
Apartment 2: Upper ground floor to sleep a maximum of 4 persons.  Bay windowed sea view lounge with double bed, which folds into a cupboard.  Rear twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchen, fully central heated.
Apartment 2a : Upper ground floor to sleep a maximum of 6 people. Large sea view bay lounge, dining room with full size double bed settee, large dining fitted kitchen, house bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Middle bedroom with 2 single beds and back bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. Not metered. Fully central heated.
Apartment 3: 1st floor to sleep a maximum of 4 persons.  Sea view lounge with a 3ft settee / bed.  Rear bedroom with a double and single bed, show / toilet room and separate kitchen / diner.  This apartment is un-metered with its own central heating.
Apartment 3a: First floor to sleep a maximum of 2 persons.  Twin bedded BEDSITTER, sea view lounge, Private shower room / toilet down corridor.

Apartment 4a: First floor to sleep a maximum of 2 persons.  Separate sea view lounge, rear bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen / dining area.

En suite bedroom 4b: First floor double en-suite bedroom tastefully decorated for maximum 2 persons (no cooking facilities), tea / coffee making facilities. New en-suite shower room. Not metered, ideal for people who like to eat out, or an additional room to go with another apartment that might not be large enough for all the party.

Apartment 5 and 5a: Second floor to sleep a maximum of 5 persons.  Sea view lounge with double bed (folding into cupboard), sea view kitchen, rear bedroom with 1 double and 1 single sofa bed, shower room / toilet.
Apartment 6 and 6a: Third floor to sleep a maximum of 4 persons.  Panoramic views from the lounge / kitchen / diner with double sofa bed, also from the twin bedroom, shower room / toilet.

We are conveniently located a few steps from the award winning south Beach and working harbour. A 2 minute walk from the town centre, supermarket and all amenities.

The double fronted patio is a great sun trap.

A wonderful meal out and a great place to stay. Enter Rags and you will find a warm welcome perhaps this is one of the reasons our guests return time & time again. The modern bar with luxurious leather couches is situated on the ground floor and opens up into our harbour view sun lounge where the water laps right up against the building. This area is warm and inviting both when the sun shines through the hand painted panels on the ceiling and after dark when candle lit. What better place to unwind and enjoy a few drinks or a meal or snack at any time of da y.
